A great year ahead for 2012

We are looking forward to a great year in 2012 with New members, Existing members and with The Gap Racquet and Tennis Coaching team combining to enjoy playing on the beautiful courts in Rainworth State School's rustic setting.

New families are welcome to join the Rainworth Tennis Club. If you are new make sure you let us know your preferred booking slot. To do this please go to the 'Permanent Booking' tab to complete the online registration form. Follow instructions to pay your membership for this year which is only $120. Once you have registered and paid you should receive confirmation of your booking within 7 days. Please email debmac@ozemail.com.au with EFT receipt/payment confirmation.

Renewals:

Existing members .You may request your 2011 booking or change your preferences for days/times by visiting the 'Permanent Booking' tab. Please email debmac@ozemail.com.au with EFT receipt/payment confirmation.

We are lucky to have such a great set up so make sure you reap the benefits.

Online registration and bookings

In case you don't know, the club is run by some generous parents of Rainworth School children. Like everyone else they are busy, so we have moved some of the administration system online.

Please fill out the booking form online and submit it. This form is picked up by Deb if it is a permanent booking or Barbara if it is a casual booking.

EFT Payment Tips: you must access your own online bank account to direct your membership payment of $120 to Rainworth Tennis Club's account details shown on this page.

CLUB RULES

•   bookings are encouraged and take precedence over casual players
•   members can book one hour per week (via online/contact Huw)
•   members can use the courts at other times when the courts are not in
      use. However members must go to the courts rather than telephone
      for a booking
•   members are able to book additional court times. However, these
      will incur the normal court fees
•   bookings under lights will incur normal court fees
•   in the event that a member’s key is lost, a replacement fee may apply

PLAYER RULES

•   please lock the courts and toilet before leaving the school grounds
•   consider our neighbors when playing, parking and leaving. No Alcohol is to be consumed on site.
•   wear flat-soled tennis shoes
•   please remove your own rubbish
•   please cancel your booking if unable to play
•   no bikes/scooters/rip sticks/skateboards in the tennis court/pavillion area
